Coachhub
Terms of Use for Coachhub
Bikub AI AS
These terms govern your access to and use of Coachhub. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
1. Provider and contact information
Coachhub is provided by:
Bikub AI AS
Organisation number: 937 386 419
Registered business address: Sildråpevegen 12E, 7048 Trondheim, Norway
Email: post@bikubai.com
Website: bikubai.no / bikubai.com
2. The service
Coachhub provides digital tools for coaches, clubs, organisations and users, including training content, training plans, groups, communication, videos, resources, tests and development follow-up.
The service is intended as a digital support tool for training, follow-up and communication. Coachhub does not replace medical assessment, treatment, physiotherapy or other professional healthcare follow-up where such follow-up is necessary.
3. Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for notifying your club, organisation or Coachhub if you suspect unauthorised access.
Access to Coachhub may depend on role, club affiliation, organisation affiliation, subscription, trial period or package status.
Bikub AI AS may restrict or close access if the service is misused, if these terms are breached, or if access is no longer linked to an active subscription, active club, organisation or valid package.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, share content you do not have the right to use, or use Coachhub in a way that harms other users, coaches, clubs, organisations or the service.
You must not use Coachhub to distribute offensive, discriminatory, threatening, unlawful or rights-infringing content.
5. Content and responsibility
Coaches, clubs and organisations are responsible for training content, videos, notes, feedback and member data they add to Coachhub. Content must be relevant, lawful and handled with care, especially where younger users are concerned.
Users are responsible for information, comments, answers, test results and other content they add to the service themselves.
Bikub AI AS may remove or restrict access to content that breaches these terms, applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Payments, subscriptions and access
Some access may require an active subscription, package or payment choice through your club, organisation or directly through Coachhub.
If a payment fails, a subscription ends or a package expires, access may be restricted until the matter is resolved or new access has been activated.
Where subscriptions are offered directly to customers, the price, payment interval, any trial period, renewal and cancellation options will be shown at purchase or in the related purchase terms.
7. Right of withdrawal, returns and cancellation
Coachhub is a digital service. There is therefore normally no physical return of goods.
For consumers, the right of withdrawal applies under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act where the law grants such a right. When purchasing a digital service, the customer may generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the agreement, unless the right of withdrawal has lawfully lapsed, for example because the customer has expressly consented to delivery starting before the withdrawal period has expired and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost.
If the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Bikub AI AS in writing at post@bikubai.com within the applicable deadline. The customer should provide their name, contact information, purchase date and the service or package the request concerns.
Upon cancellation of a subscription, access is normally retained until the end of the current paid period, unless otherwise follows from the agreement, the purchase terms or mandatory legislation.
Any refund will be assessed in accordance with applicable law, contractual terms and whether the service has already been used.
8. Complaints and defects
If the customer experiences errors, defects or problems with Coachhub, the customer may submit a complaint by contacting Bikub AI AS at post@bikubai.com.
The complaint should include name and contact information, a description of the error or defect, the time when the error occurred, which part of the service the error concerns, and relevant documentation, such as a screenshot or error message.
For consumers, rights under the Norwegian Act relating to the provision of digital services to consumers (digitalytelsesloven) apply where the act is applicable. If the digital service has a defect, the customer may be entitled to correction, price reduction, termination or compensation under the rules of that act.
Bikub AI AS will process complaints within a reasonable time and seek to correct any errors or offer another solution where the customer is entitled to this under the agreement or applicable law.
9. Availability, maintenance and changes
We work to ensure that Coachhub is stable and available, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical errors, security measures or circumstances beyond our control.
We may update features, design, content and technical solutions when needed. Such changes shall not unreasonably weaken the customer’s agreed access or statutory rights.
We may also update these terms when needed. In the event of material changes, users or customers will be informed in an appropriate manner.
10. Disputes, complaint handling and legal bodies
If a disagreement or dispute arises between the customer and Bikub AI AS, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
The customer may contact Bikub AI AS at post@bikubai.com.
If the matter is not resolved directly, consumer customers may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for guidance and complaint handling. Where the conditions for this are met, the case may also be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Complaints Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
Disputes may also be brought before Norwegian courts in accordance with applicable procedural rules.
11. Governing law
These terms and the agreement between the customer and Bikub AI AS are governed by Norwegian law.
If the customer is a consumer, this does not deprive the customer of rights arising from mandatory consumer legislation.
